Revenue Generation & Business Building with Internet Marketing

Internet Marketing for Increased Revenue Generation

Here at Core Zero Creative our strengths are in all things related to internet marketing, from powerful websites and social media design and strategy, to top search engine listings, traffic, and list building. I’ve been involved in internet marketing as a service provider, consultant, and trainer since building my first eCommerce website in 1993, and our team represents many years of cumulative experience.

We place a very high value on customer service–people have a great experience with us, we have great references, and we are the creative company that knows how to run a business and deliver on time. We’re good at what we do and we know that a design project is not the same thing as an art project—it’s a business project designed to increase your online revenue.

Internet-based business building and revenue generation boils down to a short, simple check list:

A Powerful Web Presence

  • If you don’t have a website then you need one. If your website lacks quality and does not communicate your message, it will not generate revenue. On the contrary it will scare people away. Visitors directly associate your product and service quality with the impression they get of your website.

An Interactive Social Media Strategy & Presence

  • Social media provides a way to connect with both prospects and existing customers and clients. Eventually you want everyone to end up at your website or Facebook page where you can invite them to sample your services or take advantage of a coupon, discount, or other special offer to get them in the door.

Top Search Engine Ranking, Traffic, & Conversion

  • If your website is looking good then the question is who is seeing it? You’ll want to be ranked on page one of search for the terms which people use when looking for your products or services. You’ll also want to motivate them to click on your listing when they see it.
  • When people do get to your website what happens? Do they sign-up, email you, call you, or download or buy something from you? If not you need to improve your conversion rates.

List Building & Ongoing Marketing

  • “The Money is in The List” they say. You’ll want to build and interact with a responsive mailing list.

At Core Zero Creative we build custom WordPress websites and blogs for both online and offline traditional businesses as well as internet marketers and others wishing to brand themselves in their area of expertise. All of our design work is custom for each individual client, and we handle projects all the way through from conception and design to installation and launch. In the Social Media world we provide training, consulting and strategy, coaching programs, and branded social media graphics and apps for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and more.

There’s always room for improvement. Are you a lifelong learner, dedicated to building your online business and making it the best it can be? If so, give me a call and let’s discuss what targeted, focused internet marketing can do for your business building efforts.

At Your Service,

Core Zero Creative, your one-stop shop for Maine Web Design & Social Media Marketing Workshops in Maine had a WHOPPER of a day over at the Androscoggin B2B Trade Show Thursday! First of all, Thank You to the LAEGC, The Chamber, and all the businesses and people involved to make this event happen each year. What a wonderful statement of commitment to our economy and local businesses! It was our first year there as an exhibitor and we could not have been more delighted with the experience. We brought a crew of 5 to “work the show” and that really paid off. We all got plenty of face time with visitors as well as enough down time to stay sane. Those that chose not to stay sane spent their free time walking the show visiting other booths, sharing the insanity. And eating cookies. And other good stuff. I may still be touched…

With over 200 vendors plus their crews, and over 2,500 visitors… 3,000 people… what a great day to network and get the pulse on who’s who and what’s what here in Lewiston-Auburn and the surrounding areas. (Not to mention getting to sleep all day Friday!) I highly recommend taking a day out of your busy schedule next year to attend this show. You will be glad you did!

What you SHOULD be doing online …

If you really want to know what you should be doing online my recommendation is to network in a real and authentic way. We’re not talking about networking like you see at your local chamber of commerce meet-ups where people whip out business cards and throw them around like ninja stars, but networking as in:

  • Finding a networking community that shares your interests (and yes, this can be a Facebook page, LinkedIn or a handful of Blogs).
  • Making sure that everyone connected in the community has shared/similar values.
  • Adding your own value (insights, news, etc…) that helps to elevate to the community and the participants.
  • Do much more for others before asking them to do something for you (I think Chris Brogan’s rule is perfect: do twelve things for others before asking them to do one thing for yourself).
  • Don’t ask for business, but try to find business for everyone else.
  • Plug into the community. Sincerely. Get to know your neighbors and be helpful.

It’s not sexy and it doesn’t add to your bottom line… today.

And that’s why so few people do it so well, and those that do it very well are the true rock stars of their industry.

That’s what you should do online.

Many thanks to Mitch Joel for this post!
