It’s all the craze these days… Pinning. A new verb has been added to our vocabulary. Remember the first time you said “Hey, Facebook me!”
I really like the interface of Pinterest. It’s so visual! You can find stuff to pin quickly. For us “skimmers” that is a good thing. Pinterest and Facebook seem to have formed a close relationship… Continue reading →
Facebook’s Timeline layout changes arrived to our personal profiles earlier this year. You knew it was just a matter of time for that change to come to Pages, right? Since the change is coming you might as well embrace it and learn how to use it to your best advantage!

Plenty of people are up in arms with Facebook for various and sundry reasons at various times, especially including the time-frame ‘always!’ Should Paul Revere be heading out on his infamous ride in 2012, his message might be “The Timeline is Coming! The Timeline is Coming!“
The talk on the streets from users to developers is that the Timeline has people fuming. I think the dual-column layout is disjointed and difficult to follow, the photo resizing is annoying and inefficient, and Facebook’s constant fiddling with the position of stories and updates in order to maximize our exposure to Ads and maximize the benefit (and thereby their income) to advertisers is the nail in the coffin on the Timeline. Think again. Facebook wants one simple thing: world domination. Well, they want to be the entire, uninterrupted focus of all your attention, all day long, on every internet-enabled device you own. The better they make their service, the more likely it is for that to happen. The more time people spend on FB, the less time they spend on your blog. Continue reading →
What I mean is, are “you”–the provider of services, products, events, etc.–ignoring “me”, your audience?
Recently I’ve discovered a product that I could not live without! Seriously, I love it. Continue reading →

Automating email marketing is all about “doing more with less”. It’s like having a private “virtual assistant” working for you so you can focus on growing your business.
