Once you order your Architectural Commercial Rendering from Core Zero Creative, we will create a 3D model and send you a Black & White review. Once you've approved the view and architectural details of the model you can approve the draft or give us feedback. While we are creating the B&W rendering draft we will be concurrently applying color, texture and lighting to the architectual rendering based on the information you provided at the beginning of the project. Then we will make any necessary changes and provide you with a color draft for approval and feedback. Depending on how quickly the color draft is approved, we may have already prepared a first round on the entourage for your architectural renderings.

We will apply entourage, skies, and backgrounds from our digital library or from pictures that you've provided. We want you to come back to us again and again for your architectural rendering needs. Our motto is "We want you to be delighted with our work!".

While most of our clients request the final architectural renderings in digital file format - which we email or post to a Dropbox, we are more than happy to print your architectural renderings out and overnight them to you.
